Disappointing food.
Been to the place for New Years celebration. Very upset, food was poor, Some of the proposed menu items were never served. Overcrowded. Music was OK.

Great Place
I just made my daughter's wedding at Grand Palace after looking at many places. It was a pleasure dealing with the thoroughly professional and experienced owners and staff, with super service before, during and after the wedding. The place was immaculate. I am still receiving compliments on the wedding.

The food was terrific, and the service fast and courteous
Ate here yesterday and have to say I'm impressed by this place. Being Russian I have eaten in my fare share of Russian restaurants; from cheapie cafes in Brighton beach to places where the bill would rival Morton's. I like this place; it's neither stuffy nor low class, which is always a risk you run when you go to get Russian food. Also, they obviously care, as my service was impeccable.

Unpleasant
In February of 2010 I had my birthday party. The food was limitted and mediocre in taste and quality. The service was very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Recommended to everyone!!!
I had my wedding here and I could not have been happier. I was nervous about not having a wedding planner, but the staff and managers took care of everything. From the flowers, to the invitations they were so helpful. The night was terrific; all the guests were in awe. The service, food and music were out of this world. Love this place and hope to come back again soon!!

Highly recommend
We had a party last week. 65 guests, cost $80 per person. Owner Igor definitely has some personality... Actually our decision to choose Grand Palace was mostly based on Igor's passion when he was describing all the dishes... Food was excellent, the restaurant is beautiful. Great job. Thanks a lot for your hard work.

Subpar
In February of 2010 I had a banquet party for 15 persons, cost $95 per person. I was very dissatisfied with the quality and quantity of the food and poor and rude service of waiters and their management. The food was very limited. I even saw how the waiter took our bottle of cognac and poured drinks to the different table. I complained to the management but got little result. I would not recommend this to any one.
