It is excellent food in every way
I get the burritos here all the time. I love it. They offer a great selection of fillings and the service is wonderful. All smiles behind the counter. I have yet to try the lengua (tongue) but I look forward to it. !!

Great place, Great food, Great...
My wife and I love it here. The food is great. It may not be the greatest Mexican food, but it is delicious. We have never ordered anything here that we have found greasy or unedible. The breakfast is good, late night is good. The bakery is also good. Great cookies and cakes baked in the diner. Don't trust negative reviews

Not so great
I have given this place a try or breakfast, lunch and dinner and have to say I won't be going back anytime soon. The service is is sooo slow. Even the simple things like eggs are greasy with weird stringy bacon. As for the mexican food-yuck. I wanted carnitas tacos-simple enough. What I got were lumps of over salted pork fat on tortillas. Really inedible. The tamales are ok, but nothing to brag about. Overall-just kinda gross.

Great Mexican
I love this place. The carne enchalada burrito is fantastic. Really good for the price.

Decent Food, Delivery's No Good
Won't deliver outside 5 block radius. Don't care too much about customers.

Great food, decent price.
Grand Morelos is my late night staple. The grilled chicken torta is probably the best in NYC although they recently raised the price. Gotta keep up with the hipster induce rent hikes I suppose. The chicken salad is great as well.

Get the torta!
Fast, cheap and reliable Mexican and diner fare. Don't miss the tortas! They are fantastic - try the chicken cutlet or the chicken tinga (shredded w/ spicy sauce). They load 'em up with cheese and hot peppers and a nice cold Jarritos compliments them perfectly. Super fast delivery as well.
