Terrific lunch option
I recently started working in a building across the street, and I was having a very hard time finding a place where I could find a tasty meal that allowed me to stick to my diet without costing an arm and a leg. Not only does Grand Central Place have a tremendous amount of variety, but the overall quality of the food is fantastic for the price. The prepared hot food area is probably the best lunch deal I have found in town so far. I eat there at least three times a week. Great find.

A new low
I am forced to go because of a corporate account otherwise I would never go back. They always forget something. If you order a sandwich, they forget a basic item like lettuce. But today was a new low. I ordered a turkey sandwich and they forgot the TURKEY! The basic staple of the very sandwich I ordered. Don't go here.

Overpriced and poor quality...
Avoid this place, it's overpriced and not worth it at all. I am forced to eat there b/c of my corporate house account. I'm assuming this is what keeps them in business.

Don't go
This place is ridiculous. Very overpriced, and poor quality. The only reason they are still in business is because they have house accounts for local companies. They mess up your order ever time. If any other deli in a 4 block radius decided to start taking house accounts, this place would be out of business. Don't walk in off the street, it's not good.

Outrageous Prices
This is one of the poorest quality delis I've been to in New York City. Not only is the food low quality, but the prices are completely arbitrary for their sandwiches, not to mention much higher than competing deli's in the area. I would urge people to avoid this place at all costs. Not worth it at all.

A high price for low quality
The staff is pretty unfriendly and mediocre, and the food is way way overpriced. They don't even have Boars Head deli meats or anything of high quality, and the average sandwich will run you upwards of $7-$8 before even tax. A sandwich, chips, and a drink will cost you over $10. There are much better lunch options in a close proximity.
