    Great Place!

Had dinner with my fiancee at Grace's last week and it was great. That lobster pasta is to die for, Megan had the scallops and was also very pleased. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive... If you really want a great meal this is the place to go, prices aren't that bad.

    Pleasant

After a long day in the city shopping, my wife and i were seeking for a place to have dinner and we passed by an italian restaurant grace's, it was raining out so their cozy and warm atmosphere really kept the place pleasant. Loved the decor. I had the amazingly marinated rib eye and my wife wanted something light so she was recommended the branzino went great with their sangria and i had the montepochiano which was also recommeneded by the waiter who seemed to know his share of wine at the establishment. I have to admit great friendly service smiles from all around.

    Enjoyable

My wife and I recently had a great dinner here with two of our close friends. We started out sharing the fried calamari, tomato & mozzarella, grilled octopus and the trattoria salad. For main courses we had the branzino, rigatoni, tagliatelle and the fish of the day. We found everything to be terrific and wonderfully presented. Even though the place was busy our waiter was attentive and friendly. He pointed out to us that on the night we were there they were offering 10 dollars off any bottle of wine plus a special prix fixe menu. So we even got great value ,which in this economy who can complain. I almost forgot we also shared a duck pizza awesome! we never had anything like it before. We also found the restaurant to be very cozy and pretty as my wife would say.

    Beyond Disappointing

Spacy hostess, indifferent service, poorly prepared food. Unfortunately, the rather pleasant decor did not save the evening. We had stale bread, a laughably tiny portion of peppers and anchovies, a bland panzanella salad, lamb chops with the tough silverskin still on the meat, a none-too-fresh and minuscule piece of fish, caponata in a thick, dark brown syrup so overwhelmingly sweet that it was impossible to identify the vegetables and some flavorless sweet potato "hay". Although the place was barely one-third full, our water glasses were not refilled, despite three requests. More pepper was grated onto the paper tablecover and into our beverages than onto the food. The waiter shrugged off the mix-ups and lengthy waits and disappeared. At one point, the entire service staff was standing around a computer screen and chatting, while customers waited ... and waited ... and waited.

    Reasonable

I had always thought this was a pricey establishment so I shied away for years even though I heard very nice things about it. Well I was wrong. I attended my uncle's birthday party at Grace's last week and must say everything I tasted was truly delicious our waiter was nice and I felt it was a good value for the quality of our evening. I now have a new fave in the hood. Sorry It took so long

    Nice Spot

If you want to have a very good lunch or dinner this place is nice. Everything we tasted reminded me of my moms cooking. Nice friendly waiters and it won't kill your pocketbook during these tough times

    Take Out

I started out having food delivered to me from Grace's after several friends had reccomended I try it. The food was always very good so I decided to go their on a first date. I found a charming, warm, cozy place. Of course I knew the food would be good and found the service to be friendly and courteous also. I was happy I tried it and so was my date. We will come back.
