Customer Service Issues
Food is amazing but the worst customer service. On more than one occasion they we're extremely rude on the phone.

So rude on phone.
You know, I would order here more often. But they are so rude on the phone, it's not worth the expensive prices.

seriously SO mean on the phone
I LOVE Gracefully and have been a dedicated customer for the past six years that I've lived in the neighborhood...they have great products, beautiful produce, and I've always been satisfied with them. However, the other reviewer is right...they are SO MEAN on the phone. I'm home sick from work and laid out in bed, all I want is some nourishment. The guys on the phone literally YELLED AT ME two times - once for calling something the wrong name and then cut me off when I was trying to explain what I was talking about. I'm in the service industry and I know customers can be annoying, so I'm usually laid back about this kind of stuff, but this was extreme. In fact, I've never specifically written a review to reprimand a place for bad service, but for the prices they're charging the staff at Gracefully should be the model of politeness....sorry I tried to order $8 worth of food from you for $30. my bad.

Why Are you So Mean?
I've never had an easy time ordering a delivery from this local grocery. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years at this point and never have a problem when I'm in the store, but their phone etiquette could really use some work. No one ever speaks English and after they put you on hold for 5 minutes someone comes on to take your order, yells at you and is hands down a jerk. Could anyone at least pretend to be psyched that we are spending money at your joint? It nearly makes me yearn for the impersonal nature of Whole Foods.

Best wraps ever!
Love love love this place for wraps. The grilled salmon and grilled eggplant are my favorite. They def give you a lot for your buck. My boyfriend gets the chicken caeser wrap and there is a lot of chicken in there. Great prices for the wraps and also an awesome salad bar. love love love it here! Also good seaweed salad sushi roll.

Great all around!
This place is great for so many reasons. They are a gourmet supermarket so you can get all sorts of unique foods that might not be in your regular market. Their sandwiches are great as are their breads and coffee. Gracefully is definitely the only place I know that has an olive bar. Can be a little on the pricey side to do your weekly shopping, but for a delicious lunch or breakfast, definitely a winner.

Favorite favorite place
Gracefully is the thing I miss the most about living in this neighborhood! There is no end of positive things to say about this place, so I'll have to limit myself to just a few. The sandwiches are so much better than Whole Foods' and are a great value. For a long time they were one of the only places in the city that I could find that carried Jana water, exceptional Croatian water. The people who work at and own the place are so kind and remember you if you are a frequent customer (although at first I thought they were a bit unfriendly, when they recognize you are a regular they are sweet and friendly). And it's open 24 hours a day! I really can't think of any other place like it. And the quality of everything, from the pesto pasta salad, to the kinds of snacks they have available, is way above average. <3
