The pizza is good especially the margarhita but the people are slow and rude. They also get the orders wrong sometimes

i live on the same block as this place, i have eat/ordered here for 2yrs.. They have always been rude with really unpredictable delivery, but i put up with it for the pizza. Now the pizza is completely unpredictable. I mean its good about 50% of the time , and barely ok 25%, and terrible 25%. Not worth it anymore.

was really good, but the service has gone from tolerable-rude, to absolutely intolerable-rudeness. The delivery is slow and it is always cold unless you eat-in the tiny place.

The Margherita Pizza there is so unbelievable. Many other pizza places here serves tons of ok kinds while this place specializes in like 6 and makes them very well.

The service here is beyond appalling. The staff is rude. I live in the neighborhood and I've eaten here and gave this place 3 chances on different occasions when I'm in a rush, in need of a quick bite out of hunger. I pointed to and order a simple pizza, I just want to get it and go, instead he gets the pizza type wrong anyway even though it's staring straight at him in the face and I'm pointing directly at it, takes his sweet time getting it and putting it in the oven and taking it out in between chatting with his pals, I'm getting irritated, guy gives me attitude and talks back to me when I tell him he's getting me the wrong pizza and charges me the wrong price then tries to blame me for the error and makes snide remarks. Second ocassion similar thing, bad attitude by the same guy and slow service, non of his co-workers seem quick to correct the situation. The first time I went there I didn't get attitude but they took at least 10 minutes to get me a cheese pizza and walked around half the time doing nothing when there's a line of customers. There's always plenty of staff so I see no excuse for a slow service and standing around doing nothing.

The absolute worst Grandma slices I have ever consumed. Sort of like dry, overly crusty and burnt sicilian. Nothing like what a grandma slice should be, I mean there was practically no sauce on it all, it was too thick and worst of all burnt. If you want Grandma slice in the neighborhood just go to Mama Abatinos or whatever its called... cheaper and way better. Also - the ceaser salad comes with a package of Ken's ceaser dressing - which is just a disgrace. They did come quickly, but who cares about that if the food is terrible.

Let's start by saying that this a thin crust pizza that is made with ground corn. Have you checked out yet? No? okay, then let me tell you I think this is one of the best pizzas around. First of all, I'm the type of person who thinks pizza should be thin and all about the sauce. (thick doughy pizza with globs of cheese isn't pizza, go back to idaho!). The sauce here is great, sprinkled lightly with cheese and cooked in just a few minutes. It comes out crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and tastes fantastic! The ground corn crust isn't a staple in New York, but I find it gives it even more taste and texture. As for the place itself, it's a dinky little place with nothing going for it. Who cares? Get it to go! Highly Recommended!
