    Good coffee, not much else

Coffee is consistently good and they have many options, but the service was beyond poor. They were disorganized and flustered when taking the order (and there weren't many people on line). Then they were completely out of croissants. When the food finally came (waffles), we weren't given regular utensils, even though the table next to us had them. Imagine eating a belgian waffle with a plastic fork and knife. They also only gave us 1 small butter packet and 1 syrup. Will go back for coffee to go... but never again for breakfast. Not worth it.

    Mediocre. No Free WiFi

Very limited hours of Wifi (only 4 hours per day). Food is overpriced. Coffee is just OK but not worth the price. Only about as good as starbucks. Too bad really, the location is nice for the neighborhood. But the location is the only real plus here. Save your money. Better coffeehouses nearby.

    Great Customer Service

I used to frequent this place all the time in 2006 but moved and haven't gone back since. At that time the staff was friendly and personable. I have seen some rude customers there so I wouldn't blame it on the staff. They often have an upscale clientele who walk in like they own the place. But i supposed see for yourself. Maybe it has changed since then.

    business model?

This is a coffeehouse, and the coffee is okay but you have to work hard find such tasteless bagels on the upper east side. Also, they might consider replacing the dentist office type music with something, anything else. With high ceilings and decent decor and table placement, the aesthetics give this place some good potential. Common sense would help give this place the boost it needs.

    Great Food, Free Wireless!

I love this place. I've been here 3 yrs and only found this place recently. Too bad for me I've been going to Starbucks all this time.. The food is real good. I like the salads, but the desserts look real good too. Wireless internet is free! The seats are cushioned unlike Starbucks which are hard wooden seats. Only downside is I thought the music is a little on the loud side but I feel its about the same level as Starbucks.

    great sandwiches

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I have no idea how their coffee is-- but I went in there one day and got a sandwich- and I've gotten addicted to them! I always get them "to go"; I"m not much for sitting in crowded coffee houses - but seriously, they've got great sandwiches and the prices are also unbeleivebly great, considering the area.
