poor service
the guy at counter just took my name off the credit card without asking like they do at starbucks or jamba juice. The hamburgers are ok if u like mayo on them and u get alot of french fries

Major Service Issues
Subpar delivery service and incompetent employees. It took more than 2 hours and 3 delivery attempts for Good Burger (now known as bad burger) to get a mediocre burger and side to a location 5 blocks away. Waste of time. Order Elsewhere.

OK I guess
Ordered the double burger and didn't like the way the bun is so much bigger in diameter than the cooked patties. It's a decadent 8 0z of ground beef and yet many of my bites were ketchup roll. Fries were standard fast food fries - I was hoping for something better. And the night I went they had way too much salt.

I agree with a few other reviewers here: you will end up paying close to $15 for something you could probably cook yourself. This place is a gimmick riding the tidal wave of the "next hot burger joint", except the burger itself is quite regular. Their pricing model follows that of other places that charge a somewhat high base price for a small burger (+$6), but once you begin to add cheese, bacon and/or mushrooms, you will be easily pay over $10 for just the burger alone . I wouldn't have a problem with the price if I came away wowed by the flavor, but it really is like the quality of local grocery store-bought ground beef surrounded by mass produced buns.

Pretty Good
Pretty Good burgers and fast delivery. Can't go wrong if you need a quick bite to eat and don't want to spend muchos $$$

Baby, it's OK, but I say find a diner!!
Don't nobody need to pay $14+ for a burger, fries, and drink. At least without a waitress in the mix. I had the beef burger, which I can tell you was not all that fabulous. Honey, I felt like saying "where's the beef!" The burger was small, and darlin', I could buy the buns in a sack of 6 down at the supermarket. Nothing special! I carefully seasoned my fries, which were crisp enough I guess. I can't comment on the veggie burger like the people below, but honey, if I can't stand a turkey burger (gobble gobble!) I really can't stand a veggie burger. Get your veggies the way they were made by nature!! I think I will try the coffee shop the next time, and get some pie with my meal for the same price!!

Veggie Burger, eh..
Have been eyeing the place for quite some time now, especially after reading the review by JML on the "Best Veggie Burger Anywhere". And to be fair, I just had an outstanding veggie burger this week so my expectations were quite high - but overall the 3-star review this place currenty has is quite appropriate. I am a huge veggie burger fan, but this one just didn't cut it for me. Ordered a burger with cheese and a side of fries. The fries were fresh, but bland - not enough salt/pepper or and kinda seasoning and the burger, while edible, wasn't above par. I'd rate it better than the soy-crap they had at McD's/BK for a while, but that's not much a standard to be put up against. To try AWESOME veggie burgers in NYC, pick any one of these places - The Emery Bar, Coffee Shop, Zaitzeff, Five Napkins, Houstons - even a Five Guys grilled cheese w/veggie toppings is wayyyy better.
