    Never order for delivery

Food always arrives cold. The first time I ate there I was in the actual restaurant, which I thought was good. So when I ordered, I was surprised how cold and unappetizing it was. Tried one more time, and just the same, and this time they forgot the fries and drink. SO while I wait for them to deliver AGAIN, my cold burger got colder. Never ordering from here again.

    Quick lunch

Visitor from NC. Stopped in for lunch while waiting for hotel room to be ready. Decent food for the price.

    I love Goodburger!

I love Goodburger, plain and simple! I love that it's a local chain and I love that they have one of the best classic burgers in the city (char grilled which always gets me). I hear complaints about price but in my opinion the price is pretty on par with the rest of the city, you'd be hard pressed to find a quality burger for less. The other things I love are the veggie burgers (you can see the vegetables in the burger, love that) and the chicken sandwich. Next on my list to try is the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich. I recently got food poisoning at local favorite Shake Shack (never going back there), but I never have that fear at Goodburger because I know where the food is coming from, I know it's local from the meat to the veggies, and I know it's being prepared fresh. I'd rather wait an extra 5-10 minutes for good food then zip in and out and come away with garbage. Keep up the good work Goodburger!

    Disappointed

The burger is really just average and for the money you can do better. But the most disappointing are the fries. Totally tasteless except for the greasy flavor. This wasn't my first experience, but it will be my last.

    Over priced and average

Recently took a new job in the neighborhood and walked past this place a few times so figured I'd stop in after work tonight. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium with fries ..no drink and the price was $11.50. The burger was about the size of a McD's Angus or 1/3d pounder and was almost raw on the inside. It tasted fine for $5 burb=ger but for $8.50 it tasted lousy!! With a drink I would have spent $14 or so..way way way too much considering the size and quality of the buger. Fries were short and stubby but pretty good and decently crispy. This $11.50 meal was worth $8.50 at most..I won't ever return!!

    NOT so good anymore

I've been going to Goodburger for awhile now. Lately the burgers are thinner, and I don't think the veggie burgers are made fresh daily anymore. The burger meet isn't as tasty. The veggie burger is now super thin and has a perfect shape such a sign of a frozen patty.

    too expensive and not good

i got a turkey burger there and was totally disappointed. the price was exorbitant and was expecting an amazing burger. my burger was falling apart and there was nothing good about it. i got better burgers for $5 dollars at the no name places.
