I am a vegetarian and love their veggie buger. The BBQ teriyaki tofu is good too. The food is excellent and the service is always fast and friendly. I usually order out because the place is small and doesn't have great ambiance.

This food was great! It came pretty quickly; within a half hour of our ordering. We got black bean burgers, chicken teriaki, barbequed tofu, and curry vegetables. Our favorite was the black bean burger. The portions were pretty generous, and we will definitely order from here again!

I order in from Good Health nearly once a week. I live about 10 blocks away, but their service is consitently fast and the delivery man is the best. Their salads and sandwiches are excellent and I love their macro supreme platter. One of my favorite local restaurants!

I just moved into the neighborhood and gave Good Health delivery a try. The person below that mentioned the delivery guy, it's so true! What a nice fellow. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, a great value. The black bean burger was fabulous and the asian dumplings were very good. This is definitely going to be one of my neighborhood standards. Yum!!

There are many of us on the UES who wish we had the healthy/macro/veg options of our friends in other parts of the city. It is a shame we don't. The only other real health oriented spot on the UES are the Candle restaurants. So using those as a point of comparison let me say that Good Health makes no attempt at the same high end or chi-chi ness. Instead they go for a wonderful selection of homemade foods in a comfortable setting, and all at affordable prices. The affordable pricing is nice, as that means most of us can go and eat there multiple times across the week without too much thought to cost. This is something hard to do at the Candle spots. Also of note: They are not wholly vegetarian, so you can get fish, and chicken dishes (maybe meat too, not sure), Even if you are not one for this food (not sure why), certainly try them for their homemade and healthy desserts. Tofu Cheesecake, Tiramisu and others.

This place is a true gem. Nothing is cooked with unnecessary, gratuitous oil or fat, and subsequently the flavors of each ingredient are somehow magnified. The weekend brunch offers unbelievable whole-grain pancakes that will make you vow to never revisit IHOP. Their portion sizes are perfect: enough to leave you completely satiated, yet not feeling sick or stuffed. It is so rare to find a place like this, especially on the Upper East Side, where you can have food that is delicious and also great for your body. The people there are so friendly and the delivery-man is like a ray of sunshine on the grumpy days you reach for the takeout menu (seems corny, but you'll see). Try the stuffed cabbage, tofu club, any salad, sweet potato soup, quesadilla, and all for unheard-of low prices for the UES.
