Good Health

This place is amazing. It has great healthy food. We're still trying out the menu but so far sooo good. It's great for ordering in brunch, lunch, dinner. Haven't gone there in person but I honestly can order food from here everyday. Portions are good size and the food even if it's vegan which are there are some options, is flavorful. This is the answer to healthy eaters who want something with taste and don't want to spend a lot to get it.

The food here is amazing and healthy. I love everything on their menu, especially their brunch. Whenever I have a friend in town I always take them here.

Loved the quesadilla with portobello!! Even their soy cheese tastes amazing! Great soups, beans, and healthy sandwiches! Also love that they don't have to ask for your address a million times -- everything is stored in their computer.

This place has a great lunch, dinner and brunch menu with a lot to choose from....the food is so flavorful and nutritious. It's a small place that can get crowded, but the service is good and waiter is nice..... the carrot ginger salad dressing is yummy, and I love the pumpkin pancakes for breakfast/brunch.

Every dish was a hit with me and my party. I have been a vegan for well over 15 years and I love trying out new vegetarian restaurants. In Manhattan for the weekend, some friends (they eat meat) and I decided to head out for eats. We surfed to this site and I spotted this one. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Good Health a try. It turned out to be a highlight of my weekend in NY. Every dish was a hit. We had dinner and breakfast at this joint and were impressed by the quality, taste, presentation cost of everything. Some words of advice though, save space for the chocolate cake, or you will never forgive yourself for passing it up.

This is my newest find (moved into the neighborhood 2 months ago) and already I have been here twice. I am so glad I did. This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area and it contends for my favorite restaurant in NYC (Clinton St. Bakery, inoteca, and 7A are up there!). I love the food, the service is hospitable and down to earth, the crowd is friendly and people will conversate with you if you are alone there! People are generally happy because you are getting the best quality food, with great portions, for the cheapest price. It is about as cheap as shopping for groceries for yourself except everything is organic (even the eggs in the pancakes). I have never written a GOOD review before but I do not want this place to ever go out of buisness! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have lived in this Upper East Side neighborhood for the last 50 years and know the restaurant scene here very well indeed. In my opinion, nothing can compare with the Good Health Restaurant. It is my favorite restaurant in Manhattan. The food is just simply wonderful! I have eaten here hundreds of times and everything I have ever had here has been first rate. The weekend Breakfast Special is a great pleasure and my own favorite for lunch and dinner is the salmon which is always just beautiful. The food is always very fresh, beautifully prepared, and served with courtesy and attention. Not only that but it is surprisingly inexpensive. There is no other place in Manhattan where one can have such a really delightful meal and at such a low cost. The Good Health Restaurant is in a class all by itself.
