    Yummy, healthy, and affordable

What a great place. Their menu includes a variety of options - something for everyone - mostly veggie/vegan, but with a few fish or chicken options. The salmon teriyaki is a tasty, healthy, and balanced dish, and at $12 is a pretty affordable dinner (probably one of the more expensive things on the menu, but about as expensive as making it yourself). Other tasty things: the black bean "bacon" burger, sesame medallions, edamame dumplings. We mainly order out, so I can't comment much on what it's like to sit there, but we eat from here about once a week.

    Try this combo...

This place is has great value! Try the avocado pita sandwich ($4) plus the sesame seitan medallion appetizer ($4). I cut up the seitan and stuff it into the sandwich. Along with that wonderful carrot ginger sauce they give you, it's the best sandwich I have EVER had. The dumplings are also good.

Great! I agree with other reviewers...

Though I have to trek from 88th st, I make the hike every couple of weeks. Nothing beats the black bean veggie burger. All desserts are also sugar-free and delish! The macrobiotic platter is a bit bland, but I guess that's the point. Go, you will be hooked!

    Amazing, fresh, healthy, so inexpensive!

Found this place through this site. Delicious sweet potatoe soup -- am picky about my soups and like them thick and rich, which this was, and only $3! Hummous pita arrived looking enormous -- stacked with organic-tasting greens that seemed just picked, cubed cukes, tomato, cabbage, sprouts, and carrot tahini dressing on the side. All in a fresh, soft pita..... As delish, pleasing, healthy, and cheap as it was, noticed their lunch menu M-F has even better deals...... A great place!

    Check this place out!

A friend and I went and each got their sweet potato soup, avocado pita sandwich, and fallafel sandwich and it was all excellent. We each got out paying under $9 including tip and tax and are definitely going back!

    Big and Yummy Salads

We got two salads- Good Health Salmon and the Spinach, Mushroom, avacado. Both where large and yummy. The salmon salad had a serving of salmon and the spinach had an entire avacado! Cheap and Quick and a perfect summertime dinner, lunch or brunch- I'm ordering from them tonight!

    Consistently excellent!

The food, service, value and atmosphere is consistently excellent! I have tried many different things on the menu, and I love them all. The brunch is a great deal and you won't be bombarded with crowds and stroller parades!
