The food here is GREAT! I order at least once a week. The service is very friendly, and I've never really had a long wait for delivery. The black bean vegan burger is out of this world, and I'm not a vegatarian. Udon tofu teriaki is another unbelievable choice, but by far the best thing I've had on the menu is the veggie cutlet parmigiana, which is available on the lunch and dinner menu. Another good lunch menu choice is the broiled flounder in garlic teriaki, smells fishy when you get it, but completely divine!

The food here is delicious & healthy. I would eat here allthe time if i could. I recommend the soups and the salmon. But i've tried a lot of the dishes and pretty much everything is delicious. The people are friendly. The decor may not be the best, but the food more than makes up for it. the prices are extremely reasonable and they never skimp on the food.

Wow- it's really hard to believe that what i just ate was good for me. it was TOO GOOD! The sweet potato soup was so thick and smooth... very filling. The little apple bits were a perfect addition. I also had the veggie/tofu salad and carrot ginger dressing. They didn't cheat me on the veggies OR the tofu, and the dressing was perfect. Soup and salad for 10 bones, fast and friendly delivery. If i wasn't so damn poor, i'd eat there every day. So tasty it moved me to write a dumb review. Now that's something.

You can't go wrong here! I have tried nearly everything on the menu other than the meat dishes and have loved them all. Healthy, delish, at the most affordable prices in NYC. I order in from there every night I am home for dinner. Modest and small-sized resturant, ideal for a low key, health-filled evening. Upper East Side's best secret treasure!

I've gone to lunch here several times and the rule remains the same: the best healthy eating in the city but don't go if you can't wait....or have a problem telling the waiter each move to make.

What a great place. Their menu includes a variety of options - something for everyone - mostly veggie/vegan, but with a few fish or chicken options. The salmon teriyaki is a tasty, healthy, and balanced dish, and at $12 is a pretty affordable dinner (probably one of the more expensive things on the menu, but about as expensive as making it yourself). Other tasty things: the black bean "bacon" burger, sesame medallions, edamame dumplings. We mainly order out, so I can't comment much on what it's like to sit there, but we eat from here about once a week.
