Take-Away Only
Excellent steamed steamed buns and many "typical" Cantonese dishes (all to go except for the brave who would want to sit and eat at several the rickety tables.) Real attraction: dumplings...Served hot (boiled or steamed) or frozen in bags of 45 for minimal cost. They cook up beautifully...Both the "fried" and "boiled" types can be fried, with the latter having thinner skins, making for lighter dumplings. The various chicken choices I've had were all first-rate.
