Great Pizza....Friendly Service
Been to Gonzo a few times & don't have anything to complain about. The pizzas are fabulous & the $30 menu is a real bargain. The Meat Lasagna alone would be worth $25 & the chocolate Pudding was perfect. The service has always been very friendly & the wine prices have become more customer friendly. I definitely recommend Gonzo to anyone looking for unpretentious, solid food & service.

subpar service
Bad attention/service. Underwhelmed by food. Attitude from manager. Not real authentic italian. Try anything ELSE.

a great special
Hadn't been to Gonzo in a while & decided to check it out. For a Tuesday they were quite busy & when I read the menu I understood why. They have a great $30 Prix Fixe. A huge Caesar salad, Spaghetti & Meatballs and Chocolate Pudding for dessert. The wine list has also added some reasonably priced wines. I'm going back next week to try the other Prix Fixe items. Everyone is saying they are offering deals, this really is one.

A Wonderful Find!
What a great Italian restaurant! Three friends went here on a Friday night - it was very busy, but we had reservations and were seated immediately. All three of us had the Pappardelle with Veal Ragut - to die for! This is one GV restaurant you should definitely try.

coming back again
you can't find better pizza in a better atmosphere. it is cozy and quant and the apps and main dishes are great too! I hadn't been there in a while and now realize what i was missing!! we were a big group of friends and everyone loved it - not one complaint!!

Everything was delicious!
We went there for the pizza, but wound up loving everything. the space is great and good for a group of friends or a romantic dinner. pizza is phenomenal - get the pumpkin! loved our entrees too - we left stuffed and wanting to come back again soon. this will be our new neighborhood haunt.

yummy - the best pizza in nyc
Gonzo's pizza is the best - it is so thin and crispy and tasty. At our last visit the specials sounded incredible, so we had pizza as an appetizer and each ordered a special entree. The dishes were creative and flavorful and absolutely delicious. I think the new chef is trying to step up the main courses - and that has been acheived. This is going to be my new weekly restaurant.
