Please keep it real Jamaican!
Golden Krust has carved out quite a good reputation in the US. However I believe that they need to maintain the quality even if they are not in a "Jamaican" neighborhood. I ordered callaloo and saltfish for breakfast one morning, and to my dismay, there was no saltfish, and the 'callaloo' turned out to be collard green! If non Jamaicans do not like callaloo, then call the dish collard green, but for those of us who know what callaloo taste like, they need to give better service.
