A great meaty meal if you know what to order!
Here's the deal: the proteins are great, the sides are a mixed bag. I swore off ribs years ago, but on a whim, I ordered a half rack. Well, let me just say, these are damn good! Carmelized, pleasantly chewy, not too fat, but still rich and utterly satisfying. I end up licking my fingers (which is why I stopped eating them in the first place). M roomie love the grilled chicken, extra crispy. The sides are more problematic. Baked and roasted potatoes are just fine. Mac & cheese is bright yellow, a little salty and one dimensional. And still, not so bad. The stuffing? Ick; no texture or depth. Think of this place as a great option for fresh, delicious meat made to order, with sides made to sit in a steam table. I eat their take-out (FAST!) once a week, quite happily, with the right mind set going in.

Stick with chicken & ribs
Been a customer for many years...EXCELLENT flame grilled chicken with crispy skin, and yummy bbq ribs. Super fast delivery. A better side to get is the cuke & tomato salad, but after that there isn't much to recommend.

Great Chicken all else SUCKS
The chicken and ribs are flame broiled just like you would get at a backyard BBQ. They're fresh, tasty, and seasoned. Everything else--SUCKS. The sides are disgusting. Worst mac-n-cheese in NYC. I think the sweet plantains are about the only decent item. The chicken and rib combo is good but it's almost $15. If the sides were as good as the meat it would be great. But they aren't, so it isn't.

Average at best
Was looking for fried chicken in HK and found this online. I asked for a 1/2 meal w sides. They delivered flame broiled. Oops, I guess I didn't specify but they didn't ask me either. Sides are worthless. Mac+cheese was like eating plain pasta with salt (where's the cheese?). Mashed potatoes ok, gravy was some strange watery concoction I can't describe. Chicken I'd say ok at best, pretty average. I'll have to try the fried chicken next time, but likely will look for another place to order from.

Come On
I agree that the chicken is great but this place is too expensive. I couldn't believe the prices for what they were serving. I can't imagine this place can last. So expensive!

Are you serious?
The lady was really rude on the phone and was rushing me to get my information, which she completely screwed up! Thirty minutes later I get a call from the delivery person, (whom I had to call back after he hung up on me) he went to the incorrect address that is about 5 blocks away.. so cold food. Customer service makes a huge difference and this place just does not have any.

great!
After reading the last negative review, I was compelled to put my own glowing review. I've been eating the grilled chicken here for at least 5 years, and it is absolutely the best around. The sides may be average, but the chicken is what it's all about! It took five years being in the neighborhood before I ventured in, as it never looked like much from the outside. Take that chicken home though and everybody will be pleased with it. The owners are absolutely delightful, hard working people too, and deserve your business.
