They used to have a great kids menu. When parents are overpaying for burgers, it's always nice to get a reasonably priced meal for their child. But no longer. If your child expects to eat, prepare to fork over $12 for the burger. For your 3 yo. That would take them 3 days to finish. That doesn't come with fries . . .

read all the reviews prior to mine and i second it- how much does chopped meat and potatoes cost? just taking advantage of the fad- just ordinary burger with a higher price tag and the service was a long wait

Puny portions, both on burgers and pours. My burger was served warm (yuck) after a half hour wait. Makes you appreciate the good burgers that are available elsewhere.

Not sure what they are going for here but what they wound up with is a pretty dull establishment. Nothing remarkable - from the food to the decor, yet it is priced off the wall. The next day I had a better burger at a bar down the street for basically half the price.

When it first opened, Go Burger promised to be a good option for families on the UES. They had a great kids' menu, and while the food was mediocre (at best), the kid friendliness made up for that. They have since eliminated the kid menu--- meaning that if a child wants a milkshake, they need to order a $10 one (which is absurd even for adults). Same thing with the food-- no kid options. All the comparable restaurants on the UES provide a kid menu. To boot, they seemed annoyed that we were there with kids on a weekend for lunch. The service was poor and our server was very unfriendly. We will not be going back.

I couldn't believe the prices - $11 milkshake is all you need to know. The person below who thinks $25 for a burger, fries and coke is normal needs a reality check. These are not huge burgers or decadent fries. The place is dreary to boot. UES has lots of good burgers none of which are this expensive.

No one in the restaurant seemed to be able to get their act together. It took forever to get a simple hotdog and burger and the waiter forgot to put our order in, then he tried to make it up to us by bringing out Jalapeno Poppers when we clearly stated during our order that we could not have Jalapenos. Once the food finally arrived it was beyond disappointing. There are too many better places in NYC.
