Big improvement
I've been to Go Burger twice and I must say the first time in Jan.'12 was a bit crazy. Service was a literal mess but the manger jumped through hoops to make things right. Went again in March and Wow! What a difference! Service was actually good. New menu and everything was great. Good atmosphere/good food. Great hospitality. I'll be back.

I'll give it one last chance
Last night I went to Go Burger with my husband and sister-in-law. We had previously been there and experienced a wait for our food so we were well aware of what to expect in terms of wait time to eat...or so we thought. We sat down without a wait and placed our order. We started with the Hummus plate appetizer which came out in a reasonable amount of time. From the time they cleared the appetizer plates, we waited almost 1 hour for 3 burgers. Around us, people were being served there food left and right - mind you these people (and a large party) sat AFTER we had arrived. The manager and server were "compassionate" and told us to leave room for dessert because it was on the house. The food was delicious - I had the Mac & Cheeseburger - and the fries were crispy and had a great flavor. We werent't asked what we would like for dessert but they did bring us 3 different kinds of milkshakes. We really were hoping they would have take a burger or so off the bill instead, but whatever. We really do like the food there, but the service needs to improve drastically. It should not take any where close to 1 hour to produce 3 burgers no matter how busy they are. We'll give this restuarant one last try and then after that, I'm done.

Not recommended
I live 3 blocks from this place and there was lots of excitement in the neighborhood for it to open. I gave it several tries and each time the food and experience got even more disappointing!

can a burger go wrong - let me count the ways
the burger is decent the wait and service indecent- and the fries barely edible- now as for the prices! nothing more to be said but a really good space for another restarant

Where did the kids menu go?
They used to have a great kids menu. When parents are overpaying for burgers, it's always nice to get a reasonably priced meal for their child. But no longer. If your child expects to eat, prepare to fork over $12 for the burger. For your 3 yo. That would take them 3 days to finish. That doesn't come with fries . . .

hamburger horror
read all the reviews prior to mine and i second it- how much does chopped meat and potatoes cost? just taking advantage of the fad- just ordinary burger with a higher price tag and the service was a long wait

Go Elsewhere
Puny portions, both on burgers and pours. My burger was served warm (yuck) after a half hour wait. Makes you appreciate the good burgers that are available elsewhere.
