Service ...
Honestly - I have given this restaurant service back when first was Roberto Passon. However, today, we received one of the rudest services I have ever received at a restaurant. Firstly, the server told us "Last one" for an 'unlimited mimosa' brunch, which would have been acceptable - had we been there for hours. Then, they tried to pull the 'cash only' card, when the check arrived (in an 'we proudly accept AmEx' envelope) and said they only take cards at dinner. Well, if they have the facilities to charge a card, then use it OR tell us beforehand. The server merely said "Don't complain to me - it's not my restaurant". Sadly, I like the food here, but because of the service - never again will I step foot in the door. Sadly for them, I'm a Hells Kitchener and have brought friends here more times than I can count.

Good Value
Your food is ready fast, it's cooked right, the portions are generous. They get your order right. Oh, and it's one of the cheapest places to eat in FiDi. Great variety makes it a win. Granted, it keeps prices low by not investing in the look of the place, but who cares? You're going there to get food, not live there. I've never had hair or anything in my food - which I get all the fancy places around here, so I say it wins!

How Do They Stay In Business?
Narrow and inexplicably crowded can't be a good sign. Add nasty and impatient counter help, horrific pizza and below-average subs and you have to wonder why they are crowded. Their prices are nothing special either. I work on the same block and have never failed to get sick from their pizza I'm not alone. It's greasy, covered in bad fake cheese and canned sauce and their toppings are a step-down from that standard.

For a quick bite in the Financial Distri
Good pizza, relatively fast service. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat in the Financial District, check this place out. They have a good variety of food. I went for the pizza. Paid $5.50 or so for a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni, and they threw in a free small soda.
