Tried ordering from Gio this Sunday and guy who answered the phone claimed they had no Manicotti and could not understand what a Chick.Parm Hero is. If it's on the menu and ppl order it hire someone who can answer the phone and take an order. Guess online only ordering for this place fr.now on.

I am not sure why we continue to order from this place. We are still waiting nearly an hour after ordering. I called and, as usual, was told it was on its way. However, they never ask for my name or address - it's just "on its way." The pizza is nothing outstanding, just convenient, if you aren't in a major hurry. We clearly need to look for a new pizzeria!

I called over an hour ago for a pizza, and I'm still waiting. The delivery man called me to tell me he was outside. I buzzed him in, but to no avail. I then went outside to check, and he wasn't there. He then insisted that he was in front of my place, and I wasn't outside. Then he claimed not to be able to speak english. I called the store back, and they said it will be here in 2 mins. 20 minutes ago. I'm thinking it's not coming. I should have listened to the first review. Not even worth it at this point.

We ordered a pizza on a Sunday night, and it never came. It was a football night, so we were prepared to wait for it, but when we called to ask when it would arrive (about an hour after we had ordered it) we were told it was already on its way. We called again a bunch of times (over the next two hours!) and they continued to assure us that it was already on its way. Well, that obviously wasn't true, because it never showed up. We ended up eating leftovers. I get that they were busy, but they should have just said so. The lying was unacceptable.

I order from here about once a week. Great pasta dishes and pizza is good as well. Vs. the other pizza, pasta options above 96th go with these guys. Good delivery and good phone service also.

I typically order pizza from V&T. I tried Giovanni's to change it up and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their chicken parmesan pizza. Giovanni's is much less greasy than V&T and they use more chicken as well. The prices are comparable, however Giovanni's does offer a few coupons in their menu. Overall, I would recommend Giovanni's chicken parmesan pizza over V&T's.
