We enjoyed the food. Best Italian in Little Italy! Food was fresh, delicious and waiter was great. Good times, good food, good friends

I am not one to go online and type reviews about places but the service was so bad I just can't help myself. After spending 86 bucks and leaving hungry wasn't bad enough. The waiter we had was the worst I have ever had. He did not once come to see if we needed anything during our meal. Refills on our drinks would of been nice. Had to ask the bus boy for new drinks. To top it off he got an attitude when ask to take a glass of wine of the bill that we didn't order. I would never go back or ever recomend this place t anyone.

We were in the city for a night and decided to see Little Italy. There are so many choices and we really lucked out. I decided on the baked sole ($14 entree) with shrimp and clams, what a feast, the sole was cooked to perfection, the shrimp was average, and the clams were tender and clean. My husband decided on a chicken special that was rolled with tomatoes or something, whatever it was, he loved it. The wait staff was friendly and attentive enough not to be annoying like some places. It was a perfect dinner and ended up being the perfect weekend in the city.

I was passing by Giovanna's checking out all the surrounding restaurants and something about this place made me drag my friend over. Glad we ate here! The waiter brought out two Peroni's on the house and made us feel at home :) great food!

Me and my family flew in from Vegas to experience Little Italy. We looked to see what restaurant we should eat at and we walked in to Giovanna's. It was Excellent! The Lobster seafood combo was so good and the staff was great. I will definatly go back.

My Italian husband and I were walking up and down Little Italy shopping for the perfect lunch spot and we found it here. The food and atmosphere were perfect and the service was fine. I'm sorry some folks didn't have the experience we did. We're from Arizona and only get out this way once a year, but we'll certainly come back in the future.

The food here is great, and you get so much for your buck. My homegirl, and I ate here, and enjoyed ourselves. The Sangria is great despite what some other reviewer said (we loved it). The service is alright, but then again, it could've been our moody waiter.
