    Groupon wine tasting

I purchased a groupon for $39 wine tasting for 2. and then i read the reviews. i was so worried and considered canceling but figured lets just go and get it over with. my friend and (two 40 yr old gals) we enjoyed so much! the pizza delicious, and the wine tasting 10 pours plus a bottle each to take home was amazaing. i learned so much and enjoyed the wine education. i highly recommend. it was well worth it. my friend and i pleasantly suprised! can't wait to go back with our spouses for exclusive wine tasting.

    Wine tasting, not really

Did a bloom spot wine tasting with antipasti. Awful mediocre wine. The antipasti was soggy pizza, some cold cheese and a slice of stale salami. This was not worth the amount paid $39.00 for $108.00 value are they kidding! The establishment clearly looking for short term profits. I will never visit that place again.

    Not recommended

The wine tasting here is a TOTAL ripoff. Don't waste your money. We were told it was a hundred dollar value. Judge for yourself: ten sips of cheap wine; one pizza, two small plates of cheese, and one small plate of sausage shared by 21 people; and a wine "expert" who shared such gems as "The best place to grow pinot noir is Oregon." When we asked if she had heard of Burgundy she looked perplexed and told us Oregon was the best. For real? The worst part though was when we picked up our free six dollar bottle of wine and were told that we owed then $10 for tax and tip. Clearly business isn't great, but the owner squandered a great opportunity to use the tasting to develop new customers. Wouldn't go back if you paid me.

    What a ripoff

We went to a livingsocial wine tasting here that promised a winetasting, food, and 2 bottles of wine to go home. The space was small, hot and overcrowded. The wine was ok, the food some small cold pizzas, salami and cheese. Not enough, and not served, you had to push through the small room to get them. Again just one person pouring wine, and we had to push to get our taste. Worst of all, both bottles of wine they gave us to take home (at an extra $10 cost) were disappointing, undrinkable, vinegar.

    Very unimpressed

Went in here for an early dinner and had a disappointing dining experience. Our server was unfriendly and unattentive. We tried to order a bottle from their wine list and they said they didn't have it - and then they offered us different, more expensive alternatives without asking what we were looking for, when we declined many of their offers our waitress rudely said "well you can't say i didn't try" and walked away. We finally settled on a wine and ordered food -- after which they waitress came up and said the appetizer we ordered was also no longer available. To make matters worse, a large, rowdy, VERY drunk crowd came in shortly after, screaming and running around. The server apologized to us and said they were regulars. I guess that explains why our server hardly reappeared, and the music got turned up to a volume where my boyfriend and I couldn't hear each other speak, because according to someone who worked there "they requested it to be loud". I would have chalked it up to being a bad day if the food was good, but it was just okay. I will not be returning here.
