My new favorite Japanese place
I've been here a few times now and every time I go, I am consistently impressed with the quality and value of the food. Their bento boxes are delicious and the gyoza is amazing, I can't wait to try even more of their meals. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Favorite Japanese Restaurant
This was the first Japanese place I went to after coming to NYC and I keep going back whenever I have the chance. I may be somewhat biased given that it's the first Japanese restaurant I've tried, though. I love the coziness of the place, and the overall atmosphere. The food still tastes just like it did the first time I came, though the portions have gotten smaller. The prices are still the same, reasonable, but not overpriced.

Excellent!
Really loving coming to this place after work. The sushi is excellent, always very fresh, and they have a great staff, always incredibly friendly!

Not recommended
Disappointing quality sushi.. It's rare for me to say that sushi is unappetizing, but this place was really sub par. I actually had to spit out the tuna (even though that's a fish that I usually love), and it wasn't worth the risk of continuing to eat the other fish....you're better off with supermarket sushi, or better yet, at almost any other sushi restaurant in the city

delicious sushi at a great price
I have been eating and ordering from this restaurant for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The service is great and the sushi is always fresh. I have yet to be disappointed by this place. Definitely eat here!

Best Sushi in the neighborhood
There is nothing like the combination of peanut and avocado, BEST ROLL ever!!!!!!!!!!! The service here is Spectacular and I've tried all of the Special rolls, they are all DELICIOUS!!! I can eat here more than once a week!!

Service
We arrived at 9 pm on the evening of St. Valentine Day. The waitress has directly repeated 3 times that the kitchen closed at 22:30. I had to tell her 3 times that it was 9 o'clock and that we had the intention to order before 10 pm! She has installed us at the table and directly given us the menu asking us what we wanted. We asked her kindly to come back in 5 minutes to let us the time to look at the menu. I ordered a noodle soup that I ate with chopsticks. 10 minutes later she came to offer me a fork to eat faster !!! My boyfriend finished his meal before me. She came to take his plate and asked me if I wanted to take away my soup. Food not exceptional enough to allow a service like this. I’ll never go back to this restaurant and will really not recommend it to anyone.
