    Reliable, good food

    As someone new to the East Side, I'm glad to have found Gino's. Good specials every night that are fairly priced for the neighborhood. Nothing fancy but the Italian style spinach is always very good. Fish offering not varied but whatever they have is usually pleasing. Fine pasta offerings. Order delivery if you are getting a pizza only. Warm bread served with olive oil. Try the shrimp and lobster ravioli.

    Fresh and delicious

    I first discovered Gino's when I passed by and had a slice of pizza..since then have recommended all my friends and went with 9 one evening..never disappoints and they make food to order and their prices are very fair..

    attitude

    Great pizza, but prepare to get yelled at and/or talked down to at least once when calling for delivery. Clearly, Gino skipped the lesson on customer service during staff training.

    Prices keep going up

    Food is very good. My only complaint is every three to four months prices keep going up. They sneak in a dollar or two to every entree and now the wine. Come on guys it is a pizza place and furthermore cash only. Stop raising the prices. Restaurant is busy all the time.

    Not bad there, but don't order delivery

    I ordered delivery, two items of which included a salad with NO OLIVES and an order of mozzarella sticks. The delivery guy came and the bag seemed a little small. They said they didn't have the mozzarella sticks and then I found olives in the salad. I called up and the guy was EXTREMELY rude. He explained that he didn't charge me for the sticks, but that's not the point. Had I known they didn't have them, I would have ordered something else, and this is something they could have told me before they delivered. In-regards to the olives, when I told him, he said (and this is a DIRECT quote), "so what? it's not that big of a deal." I replied, "It is when your girlfriend is allergic to olives!" He had nothing to say, no apology just a terrible attitude. Since then I have never ordered from them again and have been spreading the word. The food is actually decent, but the service/delivery is clearly terrible and I would reccomend either going there or picking it up.

    Good prices, but rude service

    Service is very important to me, and this place gets a major fail in that department. The men who work there are usually nice, however, there is one woman that works there that is absolutely awful. She acts as if she could care less to get or keep your business. That has completely turned me off from going here, despite the fact that the food is decent. She needs a major attitute adjustment.

    food, service disappoint

    Have ordered from here about 6 times, and each time it gets more and more disappointing. The people that work here are rude, and the food is no better. The pizza is less than mediocre, and the chicken and pasta dishes are laughable. On my final attempt with Gino's, I ordered a chicken marsala. It arrived uncooked. I immediately called up the restaurant and explained what the problem was. The woman I spoke with said "Oh. Well we've never had any problems or complaints before." Seriously?! My chicken was raw! I asked for a refund and she said no. I was livid, told her that she was losing a customer. Her response "Oh well."
