I'll never understand a business that offers delivery but apparently seems to hate it when people call and ask for one. I called to try this place and got a stressed out young sounding guy, who couldn't have made me feel less welcome if he tried. Couldn't even be bothered to ask for my apt # or phone # by verbally saying so, all I got was "uh huh... uh huh" like he expected me to run through the next info he needed without being asked. He was so unfriendly I just hung up and won't bother with this place. Seriously, sorry you hate your job dude or find deliveries annoying, but I'm not spending any of my money on that kind of nonsense.

The rudest service I have ever gotten. This on top of the cold pizza, with missing toppings (my problem I was told) , the chicken parm was gross and oily. The house salad consisted of wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. How this place is open amazes me. Try any other pizza, even frozen is a step up from this. Gino's is gross.

The staff if rude, the delivery is slow, and the food is cold. I live one block away and it took an hour to get cold pizza and chewy calamari. Try anywhere else.

I called at 10:43pm on Saturday to order a pizza, and the guy who answered the phone told me they were closed. I told him that the website said open till 11:00pm, and he hung up on me.

As someone new to the East Side, I'm glad to have found Gino's. Good specials every night that are fairly priced for the neighborhood. Nothing fancy but the Italian style spinach is always very good. Fish offering not varied but whatever they have is usually pleasing. Fine pasta offerings. Order delivery if you are getting a pizza only. Warm bread served with olive oil. Try the shrimp and lobster ravioli.

I first discovered Gino's when I passed by and had a slice of pizza..since then have recommended all my friends and went with 9 one evening..never disappoints and they make food to order and their prices are very fair..

Great pizza, but prepare to get yelled at and/or talked down to at least once when calling for delivery. Clearly, Gino skipped the lesson on customer service during staff training.
