    Really awesome food

I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about...This is Ginos on 83rd right? I have eaten here about 30 times and I have always enjoyed it. Delivery was never a problem and I've ordered multiple times. Everything is amazing especially the salads. Freaking delicious. Don't listen to these other people, they make no sense, I'm literally shocked people would say this about Gino's because it's so darn good.

    Refund Please

Quite possibly the worst delivery pizza I have ever had the displeasure of paying for. It arrived looking like the guy carried it vertically under his arm. Cheap tasting and swimming in grease. You take your chances when you decide to look for a new place, I guess. The search continues for a decent delivery in the UES.

    Worth it

The service is rude and standoffish. The pizza is only OK but the rest of the food is top notch. Great salads. Excellent value. I never order delivery, so I won't comment on that.

Not too many places like this

Everyone complains about how they pick up the phone etc.. buddy its NY, this place is real busy and if you ever went in to eat you would know they were a nice group of people and great with kids...

    Must not need the business...

I honestly do not know if I will ever eat there again. The food is great but trying to place a delivery order is impossible. They obviously don't care if they lose business because everytime you call, it seems as if you are imposing on them - that is if they even answer the phone.

    Annoyed by deliveries, apparently.

I'll never understand a business that offers delivery but apparently seems to hate it when people call and ask for one. I called to try this place and got a stressed out young sounding guy, who couldn't have made me feel less welcome if he tried. Couldn't even be bothered to ask for my apt # or phone # by verbally saying so, all I got was "uh huh... uh huh" like he expected me to run through the next info he needed without being asked. He was so unfriendly I just hung up and won't bother with this place. Seriously, sorry you hate your job dude or find deliveries annoying, but I'm not spending any of my money on that kind of nonsense.

The rudest service I have ever gotten. This on top of the cold pizza, with missing toppings (my problem I was told) , the chicken parm was gross and oily. The house salad consisted of wilted lettuce and old tomatoes. How this place is open amazes me. Try any other pizza, even frozen is a step up from this. Gino's is gross.
