Peanut Sauce Too Much?
Okay I was passing by and thought hey Chinese food can never taste bad. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the seafood dumplings that tasted like they were filled with basically more flour than any seafood, it was smothered in a peanut sauce that actually made it taste horrid. I ordered the sauteed chicken and shrimp with white rice. The rice too sticky but the chicken and shrimp were good. My companions meal of the sizzling hot playyer noodles tasted soaked in peanut sauce. Peanut sauce here, peanut sauce there. Do not go to this place if your hungry.

not good
The service is quick because they rush you in and rush you out. The food has no flavor. How do you make bland chinese food. Too many table shoved in to cover the rent, I was benign bumped by my fellow diners everytime they moved. Very limited lunch special menu.

Fast Delivery,
We have a running joke in our office that before we even hang up the phone after ordering the delivery guy is at our door. The pad thai is good, certainly better than a lot of other pad thais in the area. The sesame chicken is delicious.

Simple Awesome
People say it's too expensive to eat in NYC. If you are one of those people, you have never been to Ginger House. Chicken dishes for under $10 and soups for around $2 and you can't beat it. Orange Flavor Chicken is the best; very large portion and very tasty. Have never finished it cause of how big it is. If you are in the area, try this place out!

dont go if your hungry
the lunch portions are too small! Im a non-meat-eater most days...so I need alot of veggies, my plate was sparse. I had the sauteed vegetables. My hunt for a good, local spot continues.

Afternoon Hot Spot
It was after four in the afternoon and my friends and I were hungry. Our friends had already settled in and ordered. I stepped out on a quick business call. Five minutes later I returned and they were eating. Everyone was amazed! I thought nothing of it because they had been there before us but, the fact of the matter was they had only ordered when my friend and I got there. The service was “exceptionally fast” and “exceptional friendly.”
