What a shame...
Everytime we order from this restaurant, we think if the service was half as good as the food, it would be our favorite place. The restaurant service is horrendous but atleast it surpasses the delivery service. As much as I like the food, until it is under new management, I won't go or order from them again.

Such a shame
This restaurant should get a new operations manager. The food is great but the customer service absolutely blows. Do they not read these reviews? Bad delivery, huge delays, shrugs of the shoulder like "oh well..." I'd order here all the time if they cared about the experience but instead I get what I experienced tonight and I won't order from them again.

A Great Find!
Friends from NJ chose this place b/c it was close to the tunnel -- It was terrific! Pizza SO good -- food delicious...Service attentive! Will go back!

Very nice neighborhood restaurant
Had dinner with a friend at Gigino this past week. It was the first time I had been there and I was very pleased with all aspects. The staff was friendly, the menu had good variety, the food was nicely presented and very tasty, and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice casual dinner. The next time I am in that neighborhood and looking for a place to eat, Gigino will be tops on my list.

don't eat at this restaurant
It is too bad that this restaurant has such a bad perception of its clients because if you get beyond that, the food can be tasty- atleast the pizza. We ordered the salmon on beds of arugla and tomato- it costs $18- and got a piece of salmon that is about 1/3 of a lb and literally 10 pieces of mixed green lettuce- garnish levels. I think this is one of the worst meals for the dollar that you can get in NYC. I will never order or eat at this restaurant again.

The longest waiting time ever
We waited one hour to get our meal. They were constantly delevering catering food and going around. After waiting for almost an hour and complaing about it, we got Gigino pizza that was cold and salty and Caprese pizza that was undone in the middle. It was a bad experience.
