great place for lunch and dinner
another regular here! i consistently get lunch delivered, all of the specialty sandwiches are really good, as are salads. once in a while i will get their dinner specials and they are equally good a great value. keep it up cafe gigi!

I'm a regular
love Gigi! Fine dining it is not, but it's the perfect quick-meal for UWSers grabbing a quick bite. It's across the street from the subway, so I grab some dinner here at least once a week on my way home from work. The food is consistently good, and the entire staff is so friendly. A neighborhood stable!

Two words: Free wifi
The food is not amazing, but good, and the coffee is better than starbucks. The real deal for me at this place is the free wifi. Plenty of places to sit, plugs, and free wifi, something that is getting harder and harder to find in this city...

fabulous!!!
we love this place. the manager is a gem & so are his staff. everyone is warm & walcoming. since moving to the neighborhood we make of visiting gigi's every day even if it's just for their great hazelnut coffee and pleasant manner.

Good take out breakfast
Oatmeal excellent with fruit and nuts. Eggs on roll - just as ordered. Muffins - moist and tasty. Delivery was prompt. We wouldn't eat in their back area - it was messy. The front bar is okay. Nice west side diner for quick bite, coffee, or soup.

I don't get it
First, they don't have real bacon only turkey bacon (which they didn't tell me on the phone). Second. the delivery was quite sketchy. It took forever and had "similar" items to what I ordered. For example, I ordered a rice crispy treat and got an eclair. I called because my wife was missing an item and when I called, they were really unhelpful. Some of their stuff was OK, but I don't plan on ordering from them or going there again.

long time customer stops going
I've been ordering from Gigi for the past year religiously, so take it from me, I gave them a shot. While the food is ok & reasonably priced. However, over the past few months, there's been a major turn. The food is poor quality. The delivery guys can take up to 2 hours to bring your food. Orders are not complete, cold, or quite delayed. The staff and management can be difficult when you try to resolve these problems. I used to give them high marks. Now I've downgraded Gigi on my ratings and will no longer go there. Oh Gigi, what's happened to you? You used to be great!
