Bobby Flay still has the touch and the talent to turnout some amazing food at Gato. Wonderful flavors and dimensional tastes make . your palate sing. Reminded me of the early days at Mesa Grill. Who knew scrambled eggs could be so incredibly good and vegetarian paella could replace the traditional. Culinary innovation reigned supreme. Food, space, and service were all top drawer. We had a delicious dining experience

Everything from start to finish was amazing. Decor is so nice, food was really incredible. We tried a number of things but the entrees were the stand outs. We had the charred beef and the kale and mushroom paella. It was one of the best things I've ever had. Just so delicious! Apple tarte tatin with vanilla black pepper ice cream was also delicious. Can't wait to go back.

The wonderful, friendly and attentive service made for a great experience. The food is divine, the space is lovely and there is an energetic vibe. fabulous!
