    Wonderful little enclave

I had the Sano panini, and the flavors were delicate and perfectly blended, absolutely delicious! The sandwiches are actually underpriced for the sophistication of the tastes, the layers of flavor. Gaia is clearly doing this out of love and deserves a wide audience.

    Love it!

Amazing hidden spot in the LES, lovely atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Excellent quality food. Paninis are amazing, home baked in-store cookies as well. 5 stars for prices!

    Gaia -- Little Gem

This is the most exciting new restaurant find. You cannot beat the quality of the ingredients in this authentic yet current take on home cooked italian food. All dishes are clearly prepared with love and passion by the owner herself!

    Delicious panini

Delicious Panini, cookies, cappuccino. Go early tho'. They don't really have long dinner hours - close at 7pm. Not the fastest service, but, it's made up by friendly owner and employees. The homemade bread for panini is over the top delicious. Not sure how long they can sustain on $5/per panini. They could easily get *7/8 in this hood.
