    Excellent Food but Very Loud

I've been here many times and each time the food has been excellent however they just have to do something about the noise level. On several occasions there have been some loud noisy tables that made it unbearable for everyone around them - management does nothing to try and quiet them down. Even without the big, loud tables it's difficult not to have to scream to your dining partner. That said, the food is rather good and reasonable for the quality of fish that's served. The bar is a nice place to meet people or have a light supper as well. They also own "Aja" across the street where you can get excellent sushi as well. We'll go back, but will try to avoid Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

    Sushi Rocks

Not only is the sushi quality excellent here but so is the other food on the menu. Usually when I eat at Japanese restaurants I don't eat the other food, but here it is so amazing you can't pass it up. Try the Pad Thai noodles- awesome dish. The place has a very cool atmosphere, definitley a great date spot.

    Great Sushi

The sushi is great and at a great price. I come here at least once a week. I take all of my friends to this restaurant and they all always agree that this is the best sushi in the city.

I have a friend that always recommended me this restaurant, and I dont know why Id never stopped by until last week... what a delight! Sushi is excelent! original and great taste... price is not bad either. I was so hyped up on the restaurant that I went twice again this week so far... I want to try everything in the menu.... Highly recommended.

    Exotic Little Get-Away

I ate here last night, and perhaps my review will be tainted by the amazing breeze that was wafting through the place (it's an open space) after the long stifling hot summer we just had. But I really enjoyed Fusha. They have this lovely room-divider of tall branches...creates a really cool atmosphere.. The service was good, very attentive waiter. We shared the rock shrimp tempura and the duck springroll, both of them must-haves. We also had a duck chow fun (average) and a very good chilean sea bass dish with vegetables. Yes, they have brown rice! And they have Lichido martinis (expensive at $12 per cocktail but well worth it). Altogether, a very tasty and exotic Manhattan get-away.

    Wasabi roll ROCKS!

I think this is the best sushi I've had anywhere! I live in Tribeca and make it a point to go to Fusha for sushi as much as I possibly can. Fresh, innovative, consistent and worth the trip! My girlfriend and I always get the Wasabi roll b/c you cannot find it on any other menu anywhere. We just branched out and tried the Christmas roll and we were so happy. I hope everyone realizes how amazing it is and they open one downtown!

    Not Good.

I live on the same block as Fusha and finally decided to give it a try last week. Incredibly disappointing. It is overpriced and the sushi is not fresh. I ordered the shrimp dumplings, chirashi, and some sort of yellowtail special. The shrimp dumplings were all dough...didn't even taste the shrimp. The chirashi didn't include that much fish and the rice was bland. It wasn't really seasoned but they somehow made it taste bad. The yellowtail with the yellowtail special was sorta rough and too chewy. The place looks cool but, honestly, that is all they have going for it.
