Never disappointed. One very happy customer here. I order takeout from Fuchsa at least three nights a week. Fast delivery and simply the best sushi around. I recommend for both takeout and sit down service. Amazing food and friendly staff. You all deserve a raise. Thank you!

We had the guacamole appetizer which was so yummy and then a bunch of rolls. The golden dragon rolls were absolutely the best rolls we have ever had. Would definitely go back.

Fuscia used to be one of my favorite restaurants and I ate there often. Unfortunately, they fall apart when busy. Service was poor, at best, food just OK. The waiters was rude and dismissive. A friend ordered a side dish of broccoli and was charged $13. This was more than my entree. We were all served incorrect orders and the waiters were put out that we were not pleased with what they brought us. We felt rushed through our meal and the four of us decided we would not eat at Fuscha again.

I've been ordering from Fusha once or twice a week since they opened. The food is consistently delicious, the prices are very reasonable, delivery is always very very fast and they've never messed up my order. They are much much better than the other Chinese / Japanese / Asian Fusion options in the neighborhood.

I get delivery from Fusha at least once a week. Delivery is always super fast. The food has been consistently excellent; I've eaten almost everything on the menu by now and have pretty much enjoyed everything. Totally recommend.

Went there tonight and had a Tempura Appetizer, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass in Black Bean Sauce, and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was warm, as in "hot", not room temperature. I thought of sending it back, but planned to be there for a while, and figured it would cool off. They must have kept the bottle near a heat source. The tempura batter was too "doughy" and it was thick as a result, it lacked the light crispness that tempura usually has. It was filling. Then came the Sea Bass with the Black Bean sauce. This was so bad that after taking two bites I couldn't eat anymore. The sauce was overwhelming. It was thick and intense, and it completely overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the steamed Sea Bass. All I could taste was the sauce, and it did not taste good. I told the waiter, who told me he did not care much for the sauce himself, and asked me if I wanted to eat something else instead. But by then I had lost my appetite, and I just took the check. The check came with a 15% discount, which I didn't think was enough for not having eaten even a quarter of the dish, I don't think they should have charged me for it at all, but I figured that's what they thought my business was worth. I tipped about 16%, since the waiter was sympathetic and did what he could to please me. I've lived around the corner from this place from 27 years. The place has been around for about a year and I never ate there before. I finally tried it. I'll never be back.

(see my much-earlier review) . . . and after many more lunch, brunch, and dinner visits--my opinion hasn't changed. Fucha remains one of the most welcome additions to Upper West Side eat-out choices. Food still excellent, ambience still great, service still gracious. As stores and restaurants come and go with mind-boggling speed in the 'hood, this one--cross fingers!--looks like a survivor.
