Food inedible
Ordered two salmon salads for delivery. Iceberg lettuce was yellow, salmon was completely overcooked and had the consistency of dried rubber but worse of all was the tahini dressing was off/sour/stale/out of date. You can not afford to send food like this in a city where there's so much to choose from.

Great lunch spot!
Big fan of this place for lunch! Best if you call ahead so you don't have to wait but the food always comes freshly made and tasty!

Not recommended
I ordered lunch at 11:45am. I ordered the junior popeye plate. At 12:45pm I called them back and they said the guy left 2 minutes ago. At 1:12pm the food still wasn't here and the place is two blocks away from my office. I called again and they said he will be here any minute. The delivery guy came at 1:30pm and......this is the best part. They had it charged as cash when I gave them my credit card info over the phone. I did not have cash so, the delivery guy called his boss and put me on the phone. The guy told me that the card wouldn't go through and that it was too busy to call me back and let them know. (Hello! I spoke to him 3 times) I then said I didn't want the food and I'm not ordering from them anymore. The delivery guy was very nice and told me to take the food anyway as this happened his boss was still on the cell phone and yelled at him to get it back. He then took back the food all while this happened in my office in front of clients.

Delivery never arrived
After ordering delivery at 12:30 PM to a very nice lady she said that my order should be here shortly - an hour later i called and a guy said that my order was sent out 2 minutes ago - i called back 15 minutes later ( 17 minutes total ) and the lady said my order was sent out 17 minutes ago and she apologized that its late but they got really busy and they couldn't sent out my order ...... i said its ok - 15 minutes later ( 32 minutes since the delivery guy "LEFT" the restaurant i called back just to cancel and she said "OK" and she hang up on me ! This is the very first time i wrote a review about a restaurant because this is my second time i ordered delivery from this place and the second time i waited 2 hours for nothing !

Favorite health food joint in NYC.
I've been a faithful Fuel customer since it opened in HK. I usually eat lean and organic/natural foods. And Fuel is perfect for my diet. I also love that it's casual. Protein pancake combo is my favorite dish.

Very good healthy food
I've ordered take-out from Fuel several times and each time I've been very happy with the quality and taste of the food. It's a lot like the Pump used to be - tasty food that is really healthy. I like their various plate options, and love the veggie chili. Plus, their smoothies and veggie shakes are really good (and they wrap them in plastic in the delivery, which is very nice)
