Rude
Good food, rude service. yelled at me for ordering steamed chicken and broccoli with sauce on the side. She had a fit, telling me it already comes on the side. after repeating myself mutiple times..i had to hang up. good customer service goes a long way. if this matters to u, go else where.

The beef and broccoli in garlic sauce
Been ordering here for years...at least 2 time a week or so.. when i'm to0 tired to cook like sat and sun ; ) very fast delivery. better taste and spice, for me and family at least.

Best Chinese on Broadway
The food was awesome (in comparison to other chinese restaurants in NYC). My order came fast. Although the atmosphere is very "thuggish" the food and service were good. Def order the half fried chicken n lo mein... YUUMM

Customer Service
I ordered and they got the order wrong. I finally had to go there since when I called on the phone they were yelling and saying that's what I ordered. I had to physically go there and get my money back because they wouldn't give me what I originally ordered. It's a shame, because I have been ordering from them for a while, the first couple of times they got it wrong I figured, hey, it happens. But there was no need for yelling and refusing to correct the order; considering I never asked them too in the past, although I mentioned to them they order was wrong.

substandard
In short, this restaurant fails to bring what any NY chinese restaurant should: decent food that's ready to go quickly. Enough said.

Good Food, Tasty, Fast, and Affordable
This place is just a few blocks away from my home and I prefer their "Chinese" cooking over the other restaurants in the area. I've never gotten ill from eating their food, as I have from other places. The place (kitchen area) is clean for a walk-in-walk-out place. They are always very busy. Their menu has been updated since posted here, but basically the same with just a few more pennies per order. They also deliver for free with an order of $5.00! Who does that now-a-days? Recommend it.

cheap chinese food, ok quality
Got delivery from there, service was fast and food was ok, nothing special, just the usual stuff. Some dishes were a bit bland but for the price it's a good value.
