Fresh Tortillas

I LOVE this place!!! Always fresh, quick, and friendly- what more could I ask for? (!!!)

Awesome chicken soup. Varied menu with fresh ingredients. Friendly and prompt service. Highly recommended when you don't have the energy to cook. Atmosphere is efficient. Not really an eat-in establishment.

I ordered food along with co-workers to enjoy during our overnight shift. The food took over an hour to come, and when it arrived, the container my food was in was busted open and parts of my order were missing. I called to request that this be corrected and was met by a nasty attitude of the worker on the other end. After she minimized my concerns, she eventually promised to send the food and never did (big surprise!). I called the next day (optimistically) to try to fix the situation and request that they resend my order. I was also going to place orders for co-workers at this time. I was passed from person to person on the phone, none of whom spoke very much English or were very helpful at all. Although I asked for a manager, I was never given to the person in charge. The last person I spoke with listened intently and at the end told me that since the woman I had spoken with the night before wasn't there, there was nothing he could do to help me. When I asked him to contact her to confirm the story, he told me I should call her myself and ask her to tell him the story! I asked him if he even cared that a customer (who has been a patron for over a year!) was dissatisfied and had received poor food and service and he said flatly "no". I was then hung up on. I'm frustrated that such a dramatic scene has ensued whil merely attempting to order some take-out. I had to write about it on here so that others who order can be prepared for this business who could care less about it's customers!

perfect for those "I dont feel like cooking days." or those "I crave nachos" days. this is no frills cheap and good food. A must for us living way up on the hill.

This place is a real gem for the neighborhood. The food is always great, and the prices are really hard to beat. And they have yet to mess up an order. I hope they never close!

Mexican food... not really. Very heavy, loads of cheese. Poor quality meat, tortillas are thick and heavier than is typical. Very cheap but still not worth the indigestion and cholesterol that it packs. Also it is borderline Mexican food. Throwing tortillas, cheese and meat together does not make a dish Mexican.

These people have amazing tostada salads... the best I've had! Very friendly and fast service also. I work at CPMC and we order rergularly from this place. The tex-mex is great too!
