Excellent delivery
I've never actually eaten at Fresh Basil, but I order from seamless web at least once a week (as does the majority of my office). Food is consistenly tasty, delivery is fast and the price is quite reasonable! Daily specials are especially great.

I miss the old store!
Excellent service!! I ordered twice last week and even had a new person order your food. Delicious as always. However, I did not know that the store had closed until I walked by today. I do not understand these reviews saying that the food is bad. Great pastas. Great veggies. The rolls were as fresh as ever. I will continue to order!

Good Italian
I order lunch here at least once a week, sometimes more. Food typically takes 45 minutes to arrive and typically is very good. On occassion, the pasta has cooled a bit, but I am also a 10 minute delivery away, so that's expected. I've been inside the restaurant several times and the waiter has always been attentive and had great service. I'm a big fan of the restaurant and love their food.

Poor customer service
Ordered from here on a Saturday night at 8pm. Got a call from the delivery guy that my food arrived and went downstairs to pick it up. Called the restaurant and the lady told me to wait. 2 hours later and I call the restaurant and they are closed, and I did not receive my food that I paid for. The food here is decent when it arrives, but there have been numerous times when delivery has taken over 1.5 hours and food was cold. Poorest customer service ever- will not be ordering from here again.

Great food; excellent service
4 adults and 3 children dined at Fresh Basil's in Nov 2010. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The food was very good; we enjoyed mostly made-to-order pastas. Chris was fantastic!

Great place for Italian...
I have been to Fresh Basil at least a dozen times (if not more) in the past year and I have to say that each and every time, the food has been outstanding, and all at a very reasonable price. Our regular server is terrific, making great suggestions and always attentive to everyone , regardless of how busy the restaurant is. This is a great bargain for the area- portions are a good size for both lunch and dinner, and if you leave room for dessert, which is rare, the tiramisu is great !!

everyone else is wrong
all these people writing bad reviews are wrong, so i felt the need to review. I order p/u and delivery for lunch here all the time and it's always good. I'm italian and picky about my italian food, and though this is nothing worth raving about, it is still very good. thanks
