Bad customer service
I stop for an order of 2 black bean and 2 chicken fajitas with guacamole And sit down since I am on crutches. Order is ready I pay my bill. I get home after a slow crawl on the crutches only to find they screwed up my order. I got one black bean and 2 chicken fajitas no guacamole. I call the store explain the problem. She says come back. I say you saw me on crutches it's raining and I can't. Can you come over with right order I will give you back your wrong order. We can't do that That what she said ! We can't do that and the rudeness No apology

Why the Negative reviews
I order from here weekly and can't understand all the negative reviews ? It's not some pretentious celebrity chef's world changing cuisine it's fast food/take out people. For fast cheap eats it can't be beat.

Not recommended
To quote Fresco co-owner Mr. Zheng who says in a NYT review dated 07/17/92 "It doesn't matter what country you come from, as long as you know what you are doing." Mr. Zheng has no clue what a burrito is! The tortilla was poorly made an falling apart, it wasn't properly folded like a burrito should be! It was an open hot mess of burrito fillings. The guacamole was watery, tasteless an beige. The pico di gallo was grey! And I've had better sour cream from a supermarket.

Mexican INSPIRED Food!
The chicken taste like chinnese saucey teriyake chiken... beans are straight out of a can and salsa taste like water. If you want mexican food....seek elsewhere!!!

LOVED IT!!!
I personally never been there but i placed a huge order and the ladt that took the order was great and guess what no mistakes.... Everyone got exactly what they wanted. Will order again for sure

You know what you're gonna get
If you are hungry and want something fast end east, than this a good place. If you are looking for something special and fancy, then best go eslewhere. To Joe: Tipping for delivery is based on the distance, not the amount.

subpar mexican
I agree with the person who said that the quacamole probably didn't have avocadoes in it. It looked unappetizing and tasted worse. I'm not sure how one reviewer here could actually stomach it. I am tired of all these Chinese/Mexican taco huts in the city. Let's try and stick to what we know people! Also the delivery guy complained about the tip I gave him. I think it was fair to give him a dollar for a six dollar order, and it was really unprofessional to swear in another language and complain to me.
