I've been going to Fresco on the Go in Midtown for years and after a few months hiatus went back today. Not worth it. Ordered a chichen milanese panini which was not good...chicken as dry and had absolutely no taste--like particleboard. Other food I have had recently has been better, but the overall quality has gone down and I don't understand it since the are so busy the food should be fresh and good but often taste wierd.

Food is always great no matter what you order. Service has suffered significantly of late - large number of new staff turnover. Just not the same anymore. Prices have gone up and the service has not improved. Doable if you have the patience to wade through the learning curve of new staff, and masses of people in a tight space - pass it by if you need a quick lunch hit.

The food is here is so good, but the prices are a bit high. The place gets frenetic at lunchtime, and it's overwhelming to go in there to order. We order everything via phone and pick it up because otherwise it's just too crazy. The onion ring frizzles are phenom.

Very good but expensive and service can be slow due to the crowds. Food is as good and sometimes better than its next door parent.

The chocolate oatmeal cookies are to die for. Absolutely excellent. The rollups are great too. Overall it's a little pricey and forget about finding a place to sit. But worth that doesn't stop me from going back!

Although the food is pretty good (and a bit pricey), they always manage to screw up our delivery orders. I ordered chicken parm with a side of lasagna, and they sent me a salad!! I'll diet on my own terms, damnit!! Did I mention it was a bit pricey?
