I agree with much of what has been written. Their delivery service is appauling. It consistently takes over an hour for a delievery (and I'm pretty close by). They are totally unapologetic and have ruined many a lunch for me. I continue to order because I'm a fool and it's the only healthy place nearby.

The food is excellent but their service is poor. Delivery is ALWAYS late and not just a little late, over 1 hour late. Orders frequently arrive messed up. And they don't even bother to apologize. If they food weren't good we would never order from this place.

Food is good, but being on time for a delivery is not important. Their reputation around my office is that they are always late. If you're ordering from Seamless, enter it for 30 minutes before you actually want your food, then you'll get it on time.

I've ordered from them for 5 months now. I've enjoyed their food, but their service has gone from acceptable to downright pitiful. Delivery times have averaged 1+ hours, and the other day they called us 1.5 hours after I ordered to tell me that they ran out of soup (that's right, they never fulfilled the order for over an hour). Then the guy never showed up 3+ hours later. No call. Nothing. And that's what they'll get back from me. Buh, bye.

I order from here often and the while I enjoy the food the delivery is almost always messed up. They consistently bring the wrong order or forget part of my order. They charge too much money to not have my order show up exactly the way that I ordered it.

I love everything they have here. Their food is fresh and delicious. But its very pricey. I only come here once or twice a month because it is expensive. For example lunch from their market table cost me $18 today. It wasn't a lot of food, its just that they charge a lot per 1/4 pound. A little smoothie drink is around $9-10. If you have the extra cash, its worth trying. I hope they lower their prices.

Good food, but price point misses the mark by too much. Will not return.
