I didn't have any of the lunch or dinner items they have to offer. I went in for coffee and a dessert and was really impressed by the delicious selection of raw, vegan, and vegetarian deserts they had to offer. I had a banana bread mini-loaf with cacao nibs and my friend had a raw macadamia cacao cookie. we both thought that the items were delicious. the girl who helped was very nice and even let us try their blondie which was also super good. too bad their only review says they have crappy customer service, i had an entirely different experience, BUT the desserts were so good, that even if that happened to me, i would probably still give them a second chance.

Basically I called and placed an order with the location on 52nd street and was told they had another location closer to my office on 43rd. The guy gave me the #to the 43rd location but said he would put my order thru with them for me. An hour and half later I still had no food. When I called the 43rd location, the phone was busy and was busy for an hour. Called back 52nd St. loc. and spoke w/owner. He said that no one would do what I described and I should call the 43rd St. loc. I told him the number was no good. He was off no assistance at all. The food here maybe great but I would never know it because of their customer service and chaotic way of doing business. I won't even try to do business with these people ever again. Not good to mess with a hunger woman.
