They deliver, just dont expect napkins and plates
Ordered from here while at the Gutter-- 4 large pizzas for a group. the pizza is good and I would have ordered from them again; however, if napkins and plates are too much to consider when doing takeout- you should tell people that up front. When I called back to ask if they could drop off napkins and some plates, they simply states, 'yeah, we don't do napkins and plates'. Seriously? you try bowling after eating pizza with no napkins.

Delivery
This place had good pizza but they are hard to order from. I had to wait 15 minutes on hold to put in my order; then when I wanted to change something I called back immediately and had to wait another 10 minutes: at which time they informed me they had already started on the order and didnt want to make a change. Their phone system is a mess and the people are not accommodating. Good pizza.. but for the overall experience in this neighborhood, you can do a lot better and better value.

I crave their pizza!
Fornino makes awesome pizza, love the margarita classica. Crust is nicely done, crispy in a good way. Sauces must be homemade. Yummy worth your value, delivery is fast. Service is usually friendly, but every once and a while a guy who sounds like he's stoned picks up, totally monotone, dude reminds me of Toby from the office LOL but the food is good

Too expensive
One of us is Italian (from Italy) and even though the pizza here is really good (the margherita DOC and the funghi Misti are delicious) it is way too expensive!!! There are better place with better prices out there.

Decent food... rude people
The food is pretty good... not great for delivery... such a shame they hire unpleasant people to work there. It really takes away from the dining experience. After a couple of obnoxious experiences in the restaurant I decided to stick to delivery... but the guy who answered the phone was just as rude.... wish you could order online and eliminate human contact with these people entirely. Until then... Just not worth the attitude.

the best pizza this side of the atlantic, hands down! it seems the negative reviews come in the way of problems with delivery? although delivery is an option do yourself a favor and justice to these wonderful pies and NEVER put a brick oven baked pizza in a cardboard box. for this reason i believe the restaurant shouldn't even offer delivery. still, its not much of a negitive.

Wouldn't know
Ordered delivery. 20 minutes later got a call saying I'm outside of range (in Greenpoint) and it is a $5 charge (on $20 pie) would I accept. Said no, got attitude. Not going to try again.
