I've been here a few times during the spring and summer months. Never an issue with the food and drinks, or the entertainment. But the attitude of the employees is bad. I suppose they don't work for tips. It can get a little cramped when they have entertainment. Could be a great place if they hired people who cared about customer service/ hospitality.

I am addicted to their Rasta Pasta! The drink menu is a hard to choose from kind of menu. Never have them deliver because the wait is always long. In my opinion you get what you pay for.

If you don't already know by now, then allow me to burst your bubble. I only order the rasta pasta which I order by phone after about 50 redials and being placed on hold for 10 minutes. I insist u pick it up, just incase your order is incorrect! Since you're going to wait anyway, hit the bar and drink till ya order is complete!

Sometimes the food is really good, sometimes it taste as if it's been sitting there for hours and they just reheated it. I used to order from here a lot but they always make mistakes with your order. They're pricey and definitely not worth your money!

My husband and I decided to order rasta pasta. My order was a jerk chicken rasta pasta. I ordered the leg and thigh at 6:30 when the food was delivered a hour later it was the wrong order. We called and they said they would send the right order over. The food came at 9:35!!! And when we called to complain they acted as if it were no big deal.

My husband wanted to get us something nice for take out on mother's day so he suggested Footprints. When we arrived of course it was crowded but we placed our order and were told that it would take 45 minutes. In reality it took an hour & 1/2. When we finally got our order it was not correct, they gave me shrimp instead of jerk wings. When I pointed out that they made a mistake, my receipt said jerk wings so it was clearly their mistake, they said I would have to wait for them to put the order in & get it in an hour or they could give me a store credit but wouldn't refund my money.... WHAT! This was Footprints' mistake and they can't refund my money or rush my order to correct it? I have never heard anything so absurd in my life! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Ps. Honestly after all of that the food was not good. I am from Jamaica and there are many places in Brooklyn that have better food.
