I tried many times to give a good review. But the service remains poor. The person (s) answering the phones are rude. Please Mr. Manager give your employees some training because you are going to loose customers.

Ordered for delivery, waited on hold for 25 minutes before placing an order. After placing an order, waited three hours for my food. Only for my plate to be missing half of it's expected contents! And I don't mean quantity, I mean components. I ordered the platter for two which comes with buffalo wings chicken strips and two types of shrimp. There were no shrimp! They offered a credit I demanded my food only to be waiting another hour call and be placed on hold for (at this moment) 25 minutes (and counting). Still no food, still no call back!

Food is good but customer service is poor! Lack of hospitality and courtesy.

Came out with the ladies for a friend's birthday we got here about 10:30pm put our name on the list.we didn't get in til 12:05 hostess came out didn't acknowledge us waiting for hours and on top of that she had an attitude when the bouncer told her we was waiting quite sometime its like she didn't even wanted us to come in. food is great, drinks is great place great chill spot. customer service sucks big time!

It's very loud. You can barely hear the person next to you speaking. The Rasta Pasta is about the best thing happening. The waiters take forever with your order. The restaurant doesn't even offer a bread or something to hold you over until the food does come. Nowadays other restaurants have started making rasta pasta so footprints has lost me as a customer as well

I have been going and ordering from this establishment for almost 10 years. I am a supporter of local, small businesses. Since Chef Basil left, I noticed a difference in the food, but the drinks remained a favorite of mine. The customer service has always been poor and it is have carried over to the the express cafe on Flatbush. Footprints, you have got to do better!
