Poor service
I'm currently waiting on my order on a Wednesday night for 2 1/2 hour wen they told me a hour there not reliable I'm hungry and annoyed they are going o drop customers 1 by 1 so pissed off right now they don't even give a curtesy call very poor service

1st time patron
Went for the first time on Thursday, loved the decor, and the food was delicious . However , I was disappointed by the staff. Everyone seemed unfriendly, as if they didn't want to be there.

great food but POOR SERVICE
As a West Indian I love the atmosphere of footprints...good food, good music, great drinks whats not to like!? This restaurant could definitely be AMAZING but the staff seem so miserable, I understand serving West Indians on a daily basis can be difficult because we have a tendency not to be patient, but some of us have a tendency not to be organized & thats the case w/ footprints nothing seems organized you almost have to fight your way for service & to be heard. I very rarely sit down there because the space is so small (can you imagine they've expanded the space & it's still small !) But even calling to ahead to pick up food can be a nightmare....even on a Tuesday evening at 5 the phone rings constantly & no one answers until maybe the 15th ring. Good luck calling ahead to pick up food on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night. So overall the food & drinks are really good....the employees & the general experience of Footprints has a high chance of being a nightmare.

Not the best service.
er in the day. I went recently on a Saturday night had my name on the list for two waited over 30minutes for a table. The attendee was sitting ppl that came in after me for two before my party. Once it was brought to their attention we were told "Oh I guess it was an error". We were sitted shortly afterwards by the kitchen which we were not happy. We were offered to sit at a table that became available in the back, but we were not ushered to the table..just directed. The manager was called upon it and the matter was resolved by giving two glasses of sangria on the house. Footprints cafe is a nice place, but the service is questionable.

Disappointed
I went with Family on Saturday. Service poor, music too loud, restaurant cold. Ordered Rasta Pasta & jerk chicken. Expected jerk chicken to be more than jerk sauce thrown on chicken! Disappointing, do not recommend.

Food is Great But the service isnt
I often skip getting food from here because their costumer service is TERRIBLE. However, their Rasta Pasta is Fab. Not worth the trouble.
