I have been going and ordering from this establishment for almost 10 years. I am a supporter of local, small businesses. Since Chef Basil left, I noticed a difference in the food, but the drinks remained a favorite of mine. The customer service has always been poor and it is have carried over to the the express cafe on Flatbush. Footprints, you have got to do better!

This establishment fails to understand that it doesn't just take good food to make a restaurant successful, but also good service. I ordered food from this restaurant serval times. At first it would get to my house in 45 minutes, then twice it never showed up, then there was a time it was suppose to be delivered at 10, and the delivery man came to my house at 1am! I vowed then that I would never order from them again, eventually I did, and as I write this review I'm waiting for an order that should have been here an hour ago. The service at the restaurant is also bad! It's small, you're basically eating on top of other customers, and it takes forever for a waiter to take your order. The rasta pasta is not as good as it use to be, it's now really salty, which I'm really mad about because it's my favorite dish. I had a stuffed chicken once that was extremely dry. Sometimes my food taste amazing and sometimes it doesn't which is why I gave it three stars. The people at the restaurant have a habit of picking up the phone and placing you on hold for a long amount of time, sometimes they don't even pick up the phone. This establishment has officially lost a valuable customer, and when they get here 3 hours late with my food tonight, I'm going to tell them I do not want it.

This place does not care about customers. I asked for no chicken on top of the rice and just want to mention that rice and chicken are cooked separately so its really not a big deal and i had it done there before. But this time some other person was there and she said they cant do that. I asked the manager whats the logic behind it but instead of giving me her answer she shook her head as if she doesnt have time for this and got back on her cellphone. Not the best service would be an understatement in my book.

First time ever writing a review about something, but this service was so bad, I had to write a review. I ordered my food for delivery at 4:3pm, it's 8:00pm and still haven't receive my order. It's the worst service I've ever received from a restaurant. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I called for my food at 8pm went to pick it up at 9pm stayed on line till 945 and my food still isn't ready. I didn't get my food till 1045pm. I will NEVER go back. The female servers were only helping the males that were on line. People were skipping and etc the service on Clarendon ave just simply sucks...

I use to love this restaurant but now they have become careless and have no order to there way of handling the customers or food
