I started taking my vegetarian kids here several years ago and they fell in love with the "buffalo wings". Having NEVER eaten any chicken or wings ever, hard to say in comparison, but we all crave them. We live in a different part of Brooklyn but go there as often as we can and they stop by after skateboarding in McCarren. Please never close. A little fried food never killed anyone(I think?).

Foodswings is delicious vegan fast food! I think some of the reviews have been harsh (and I don't fit into the "hipster from Long Island with tattoos who decided to become vegan a few months ago" category). It is definitely not healthy food, but if you are looking for vegan fast food- it is great. It is fun to take both vegans and non-vegans alike because people generally can't believe vegans can eat this type of food! It is what it is- and it is good for a junk food fix!

I should have listen to the other review because I too have had many problems with this place and the 'tude that the delivery guy has. Hire a delivery guy that wants to work!

Not the place to go if you want any sort of service. The food is okay at best but not worth the attitude that comes with a simple order. Last time I ordered a shake for delivery it came completely spilled all over my food and the hipper then thou delivery guy thought I should still have to pay and never returned with my replacement food.

… this super rich vegan food is pretty greasy and great, but it is so heavy that it goes right through you. Also, not an actual vegetable in sight. Basically for silly punk kids who decided a few months back to go vegan, and they've still got fast-food palates. If you're from Long Island, in high school, have a couple tattoos and still think about 'scene points' this is the place for you!

Foodswings is the most delicious vegetarian/vegan food I've found in NY! it's a casual place to eat and the atmosphere is always friendly. I love it so much that when I moved I made sure I was still within the delivery zone!

Foodswings is the best plce to go for fried "chicken". The food is delicious, the people are nice, and, let's face it, the place is awesome.
