Best food for your soul
I was introduced to food for life by a friend. All I have to say is this is by far the best restaurant in Harlem. Great atmosphere. The staff is courteous and friendly. Being there makes me feel like I'm a part of the family and Harlem community.

Fresh, natural, delicious & well prepared
Conscientious service, delicious food in an informal atmosphere. Friends, families, solos, couples were dining. Healthy southern "fusion" cuisine. Several simply prepared fish entrees.

Healthy food
Healthy, great non-greasy food, enjoyable atmosphere, and not expensive. One of the few places in lower West Harlem where I can get chicken and waffles as well.

My little Jewel.
Amazing Food! Great staff. Do not go on Sunday afternoon The Church rush will bring down the service. Over all an great cheap good time.
