    save your money go elsewhere

Food was standard, but no feijoada or organ meats which constitutes authentic brazilian cuisine. Staff don't care to update their menu after we asked and no effort to attract future business. OVER priced and not worth it at $60 a head. Go try texas de brazil or chuccasaria, much better options do not waste your $ here

    So Much, So Good

2 of us had the $25 (usually $39) lunch during Restaurant Week. Best deal of all time! We thought the rodizio meats would be limited but there were 12: top and bottom sirloin, house special steak, pork ribs, lamb, chicken leg, chicken wrapped in bacon, sausage, parmesan encrusted pork, garlic and regular seasoned steak, no beef ribs came around tho. Buffet bar had shiitake mushrooms, feojada, prosciutto, salami, smoked salmon--plus all components of salad including no fat bacon, many different salads and a wonderful basil dressing among others. Meats were offered rare to well done, salted liberally. Everything--steaks, chicken, pork, lamb were tender and moist, not dried out or tough. You get 3 sides: mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and polentas. Dessert included: chocolate mousse cake, key lime pie or NY cheesecake. Coffee was $2.65. Drinks start at around $14. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Waiters were friendly and efficient. Plates were removed timely and water promptly refilled. Sometimes the skewers did not make it to our end and it could be a wait before that meat returned, but there was always enough to munch on while waiting. The setting was very attractive, contemporary, well-lit, not overly noisy. Lots of room down winding stars.. Clean toilets on dining level.. About as a good a dining experience of that type (rodizio, buffet) as you'll likely find, especially for that price in Manhattan. Only complaint was no seafood.
