The food here used to be so good! Tonight I ordered one of the Italian subs -the proscuitto was NOT so fresh and it was sliced so thick that it was hard to even chew. The greens on the salad were wilted and borderline "slimey". There was no dressing on the bread either. The cheese didn't seem very fresh either. I am terribly sad that the quality of the food has gone downhill. I can positively comment that they have friendly service and the delivery is fast.

Stumbled on this place with a friend and decided to give it a try. Food was so-so - dressing on Cesar salad was vinegary - focaccia bread was doughy and tasteless, and pasta was overcooked - not al dente. But it was pleasant enough sitting outside so we didn't complain. But the waitress (who we had to flag down to give our original order and then again for a second glass of wine) gave us the bill before we asked for it (did not ask if we wanted coffee or dessert) and immediately after we paid asked us to free up the table since we were sitting outside - although we didn't see anyone waiting - and there were free tables inside (and all the doors were open anyway). This after we gave her over a 20% tip. Mediocre food and rude service - we won't be back.

Stumbled across this place last year and have been back multiple times since. Never had a bad meal there. The sauce in the Mussels was awesome!

If you are looking for a great value Italian meal in the Village this is it. After trying all the main restaurants in this area, this is the one I will be retrurning to. Great Food, great Atmosphere and Great Value for Money.

My husband reserved this place for my birthday night. Both of us like authentic Italian and this was it. We have been to various Italian restaurants on Mcdoogal but really loved this one. They also have outdoor sitting. We ordered days special salad with oranges, nuts n greens was really good. For main meal I had vege raviolli...loved it....n house wine was good...Ambiance is fine for group or couple both.... will go back again....

This place was great!! The food excellent the service was excellent. The owner is such a nice person, very friendly and loves to get to know the people who are dining great place!!

This place was unbelievable. We were immediately seated and waited on by our very kind and attentive waitress. Half way through the meal, the restaurant's owner, Bolivar, sat with us and offered us drinks on the house. The calamari was delicious, as was the fried mozzarella...everything was great....service, food, value, we give it an A+
