Entree sharing charge $8
Absurd charge of $8 for sharing any entree! We are not big eaters and normally we share a burger during lunch. Some times we order a appetizer and a main for sharing. Honestly I am little offended for being charged for this: I can do whatever I want with the food I already paid for!

Great food and service
I agree with anonymous about the ladie's room situation but I had a really good meal here! Came with my daughter and we both ordered appetizers (the chili and the macaroni and cheese). But the portions were big and the prices very reasonable. Our server was attentive, despite the fact that it was pretty busy. Can't weigh in on the burgers but will definitely return.

great Hamburger !!!!!
I happened to be in Bloomingdales and noticed this place, I was hungry and decided to stop in and boy was it worth it, the burger was amazing !! service friendly and bill reasonable, for the quality of the food.

Good food, bad clearing-up procedures!
The food was very good and the server was very pleasant. The biggest criticism was overall cleanliness of the place. The floor was covered in food and debris. At first I wondered why other diners could end up with so much on the floor but then I observed the person who cleared the tables just 'flipping' food off the table onto the floor. It was pretty disgusting and I didn't even want to set my bags on the floor. We went late on a Saturday afternoon so it wasn't a peak time. There was certainly enough staff to get out a broom and sweep up! Not worth the price.

Burger was Flipin Great!!
Was really surprised by Flip. Had a burger there the other day, and it was very flavorful, generously sized, and juicy! I little pricey, but definately worth it!

Just OK
Let's just say that if you're going to make a lady walk/ride up two floors to then stand on line just to use a restroom -- the beer and burgers better be worth it (that's right there is no ladies room in Flip or on the entire floor!). My friend's burger was overcooked and mine, frankly, was just ok. I'm sure they're working out the kinks, but I'll stick with JG, a place that always has a perfectly prepared patty. The staff, however, was extremely pleasant and agreed that the trek through Bloomingdale’s during dinner was more than a bit inconvenient –even if a great new dress does catch your eye.
