Not bad for a dive bar
It was a pleasant surprise. My husband had the baby back ribs and he said the meat fell off the bone and I had the chicken parmesan special which wasn't bad at all. The beer specials were ridiculously cheap $2 tap beer but the best part was the great service we got from our server. She was hilarious and very attentive. The bar is definitely a great value for what it is. Glad to know we have a fun bar to come back to.

Best place in NYC
Love this place. Food is excellent, much better then you would expect for a bar. Service is friendly and the place is just all around cool.

What should you expect in a bar?
I am puzzled by the favorable comments about the service. I have been here more than once, and have always found food service to be S-L-O-W, even when the place is not busy. $7.95 is not a bad deal for brunch, especially since it includes an alcoholic drink, but I think they have not mastered the concept that a meal ordered today should be served some time today.

Great Lunch Spot!
Great spot for lunch. The menu's basic but the food is fresh, well prepared, and the prix-fixe is $7.95. I'm not usually someone that's price obsessed with my food, but NYC is super expensive, and here you get a sandwich, salad/soup and coffee/tea for $8. A great deal. BTW, the burgers are excellent. One complaint: the music was a bit loud for lunchtime, but I'll definitely go back.

Love This Place
This is the last of old NYC cool local bars. The food is surprisingly very good for what looks like just a bar, in fact I would say it's the best pub food in NYC. The staff is really friendly and I even met the guy who owns the place and he is very cool and exactly what you would expect from a NYC bar and grill.

Great food & atmosphere in Chelsea
My girlfriend and I go to Flight 151 almost every week; the staff is very friendly & attentive., The food is good, with a surprisingly varied selection. Lots of vegetarian options as well. Mon - Thurs are "themed" nights; Mon is Margarita Madness, Thurs is Trivia Night, etc. The front bar section is often crowded, but push through to the back and you will generally find a free table. Enjoy!

Yummy burgers
I've been here many times. Most times with my parents for a burger and a beer for lunch in the middle of a busy day of shopping in Chelsea. It's always comfortable, pleasant and the burgers are SO flavorful and delicious. Get the curly fries. YUM!
